About Shipments+Others

EDIT: We would appreciate if it you would be considerate when asking about your order and ask ONLY IF  IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and not clog up Kaikai's messages. We unfortunately have only one person who just got back from break handling all the printing/orders and we are trying our best to make sure all the shipments are sent out safely. Again we apologize for the delays but thank you all for being patient with us.

To he first 50 orders with the bonus sketche,s your book should have been sent out already unless we've contacted you about a delay. The rest of the orders are still being packaged and sent out, we will make an announcement once all the preorder books are shipped. there's been some questions about email confirmation and please note that if you have NOT received an email yet that means either 1. Your book has not been shipped out yet OR 2. The email didn't go through. If you don't receive an confirmation by the time we shipped out all the books it may be a case of the latter and please let us know so we can make sure your order has been shipped out.

 If you have any questions related to shipping and handling and would like to ask directly about your order, the person  in charge of all shipments is KaiKai, and you may contact her through deviantArt, Tumblr or Twitter.

IMPORTANT:

We've ran into some issues on anthology misprints, and depending on the severity of the misprint we can replace your anthology with a new one. We apologize that we're not able to go through every single copy and check for errors so if you notice something that is obviously wrong (missing page, repeated pages etc), please send us an email with photos of the misprinted copy and we will help you resolve the problem immediately. Thank you!

  6. hey, why you guys don't seem to care about the sales? You guys suppose to keep track on the sales even though you are busy :(

    anyway, my package hasn't arrived and it was sent back to kaikai. You guys should handle this asap.
